      I went through three separate rounds with PeoplePath for a CSM role. Rounds one and two went fine, and my time was respected and they got back to me in a timely manner. Then came round three/final: a "2 on 1" style interview with the Co-CEO and the VP of CS. After an hour-long interview, I was told they'd be getting back to me within a few days. Almost two weeks later, I decided to reach out, and I get a half-canned response as to why they went with someone else. Getting the "no" was certainly disappointing, but putting someone through three separate rounds and not being courteous or respectful enough to let me know proactively is super unprofessional. This could be indicative of the work culture there, so a bullet was likely dodged. Do better and respect your interview candidates throughout the entire process—not just two-thirds of it.

      The interview process was pretty smooth all in all . I believe it was 3 rounds. the first two went well the last one with the COO got way too personal with the questions and definitely threw me off guard!
