PeopleDoc interview questions

J'ai été approché par un chasseur de tête interne qui n'a pas répondu à mes questions et m'a booké dans un entretien directement. L'entretien était centré sur mes motivations, alors que c'est eux qui m'avaient approché et que j'étais venu avec davantage de questions que de réponses.

Throughout the hiring process I was hardly communicated to, they took sometimes a week to give feedback after each interview. I was told I was into the final two candidates and then after my final interview I waited two weeks to hear an answer, chased multiple times, to hear an answer that was presumed rather than discussed with proper feedback. They also changed the hiring process twice during my time interviewing there. Very unprofessional, warning signals for PeopleDoc.
