I applied online. I interviewed at People's Association (Singapore) in Mar 2026
Interview
Basically HR email you to fix the interview and to fill up the application form and submit the documents prior to it.
On actual day, you will have to contact the other HR staff and will be brought to their common work space where I felt they lack professionalism as they were discussing lunch plan when there public around.
The hiring basically asked questions beyond what a normal interview will ask.
Like post a real life scenario question and wanted an answer from the candidate which shown they lack the professionalism as question like this should not ask candidate during interview as end of day they get free solution to problem which their level of seniority they should be able to address

Question 1
Time management and work/life balance during peak period.
I went through first interview on zoom and second interview physically. I was told that the outcome will be decided within 3-4 weeks, which in my opinion is a very long time. Come 3 weeks, I followed up with the HR who I communicated with for the interview arrangements. Mind, I followed up with TWO HR members and BOTH did not bother the courtesy to reply to my follow up. I don't mind the rejection but at least have the courtesy to reply and let me know? PA needs to re-educate their HR members or just provide them a rejection template since I bet it is super difficult for them to craft one on their own that's why they didn't bother to reply me.
