I applied from college for a summer internship. The first step was Resume shortlisting. Around 10 people got shortlisted. The second was a Personal interview. That was done by google meet.

Multiple rounds of interviews which is quite comprehensive. First round was more technical and done by a senior consultant. Partners got involved later to understand motivation to join. Thereafter salary discussion was done and offer rolled out
