Next step involved a phone interview with hiring manager, regarding skills and experience on resume. Third round interview included 30 minutes interviews with team members and management about, including behavioral based questions, and a tour of facility.

First there is a phone interview followed by a Hiring manager interview. Then three Panel interviews and finally Plant manager interview. Try to use the STAR format when answering every question. It takes a little over a month depending on how many candidates.
