Phone interview with requiter followed by face-face with HR and Service manager discussing various things about myself and current position. The process took about 45 minutes covering basic competency questions with HR manger followed by questions on thing related to my job applied for. I found the place very small and will not progress easily. Also i never received any feedback from requiter or company
