Interview
The entire process was quite straight forward. There was a panel of about three, including HR and the Manager. The interview was quite conversational and informal at times. Although it was a panel, it didn't feel intimidating. I believe that most of the questions are entry-level suited.

3 person panel. Had a phone screening after email application and went in for an interview the next week. Got asked a series of questions on the phone previous to in person interview. what are your salary expectations, why are you leaving current position, when can you start etc.
