Interview
The first interview was short, general questions, the human resources girl was really nice and the conversation flows. She asked about my background, my motivation, and why I was interested in a role in Africa
The role is not really as advertised in many ways. It's more of a business development/sales role rather than project coordinator. They are looking for someone to sell sponsorships. The commission is 4% and you must travel 11 months out of the year.
