Interview
It's a long process. I interviewed with ten people. I also had a group interview and because it was hard to get people together on the same day, there were weeks between interviews.

How would I change the department? This was on my first interview and it was not a management job. It turned out that the director had a huge ego and he didn't want people coming in and changing his department. I felt like I was a bug under a microscope.
