- "Someone was standing in background": Yes, someone likely was, given we work in an office environment. This is typical and not considered out of the ordinary.
- "Interviewer walked to another conference room": Yes, this likely happened, and maybe because the interviewer was seeking a quieter place to speak with you.
- "Low compensation": This is relative. We were transparent with the compensation range on all job postings. The job you applied for likely had low requirements. Therefore compensation reflected that.
- "Interviewer asked me my age": False, this is illegal, against our policies, and not part of any questions. Our interviewers follow a strict process following a series of qualified questions, none of which would ask for your age, gender, race, or private information that does not pertain to the job.
