Interview
It was fairly easy and not stressful, they talked about your hours, availability, commitment, and why you would consider yourself a good fit in the company. They ask you questions mainly about yourself. They are understanding if this is your first job and if you do not have much experience, they would teach you.

Interview
THREE interviews - met with all the department heads, took an Excel and O365 test. The entire process took about a month; after which I was NOT job offered. Waste of time!

Question 1
First round was very general questions: Tell me about yourself, weaknesses/strengths
Second Round: Situational Questions: tell me about a time you went out of your way for a customer, etc.
Third Round: same questions from 1st and 2nd interviews.

Interview
The interview communication process was thorough, organized and flexible. Series of 3 interviews included meeting and interviewed by all department directors, HR and Executive Director. Process was friendly, smooth, easy to evaluate pros and cons with plenty of education in all departments and team at The Regent.
