Interview for an enterprise role, but not with an enterprise HR person, or an enterprise methodology. Seems to be a trend with small companies. They don't know what "enterprise" means to the world, so they waste the time of real, SaaS, enterprise reps. The very junior HR person was concerned that I did not have experience selling to Program Managers. If that is the delineating factor, then why are we speaking the first place? Very cool company. Very cool solution. But they need help vetting their hiring process, and they need a senior HR person leading the conversation with Sr. Sales talent.
