I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pendleton Woolen Mills (Portland, OR) in Jul 2025
Interview
Terribly long interview process. It took 1 month and 3 weeks to conduct a phone call and 2 in-person interviews. Interviewers seemed nice but the office looked dated. When I emailed HR about the status of the role, I received the same response multiple times; “We are experiencing delays”. In reality, they were looking to hire someone with less experience and at a lower rate of pay. This interview process was a total waste of my time.

Interview
It was easy to schedule an interview and the process was pretty normal. Had a conversation with one manager and a lot of the questions were what you would expect.

Interview
Very standard interview process asking strengths, weaknesses, and whether you multitask well or asking how you perform under pressure. Interviewer made me feel very comfortable and not nervous. Interviewer also inquired about availability.
