I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. I had three different interviews. First with the recruiter on the phone, then I had an interview with one of the CEOs, and lastly I had a meeting with one of the VPs or directors, not really sure and then I got an offer by like the end of the week.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (Atlanta, GA) in May 2024
Interview
I applied online via indeed and heard back just hours after I sent applications. They emailed me to schedule time to speak. I spoke to the HR hiring manager two days later and spent 30 min on the phone with her. She was kind and genuine.
Directly after that call, I received an email discussing a time to interview with my regional manager. Two days later, I interviewed for 1 hr via teams video chat.
They then asked me to come into the location and meet with the staff that afternoon. The HR manager had previously informed me of the possibility of needing to go in the same day so I was well prepared.
The meet and greet was amazing. Great staff, location, office. The office here is small with only three others (doc, front desk, ma).
I am now waiting for my final follow up video chat to see if I got the job.
The Interview process has been more extensive than I’ve ever gone through and I’m grateful because it tells me they want quality people who want to be there. I’ve been well prepared for each step because of the knowledge and care the current staff have for the success of the company.
I don’t know what happened in past years to cause low ratings, but I feel there might’ve been an overhaul done because this is a place I hope to work. They care about my own career goals, are allowing me grace in the learning curve, and seem to take proper steps to provide both the company and potential staff transparency.
I very much believe this is how to properly vet applicants and a potential new job. Going through this process has given me a great deal of respect for PRM. (2024)
