Peirce-Phelps interview questions

Simple, a lot of chit chat. HR referring to needing thick skin. People there don't like change. HR speaks first, doesn't know much about the actual position. You need to meet with the department head for that. Doesn't discuss benefits either, only talks about the atmosphere and how it can be hard to fit in.
