Phone call from HR requesting interview after applying online after a few weeks. During phone interview with Engineering Manager, asked to go through resume. Didn't really ask the "common" interview questions so be ready to go through your resume and highlight relevant experience. If made it through initial interview, it would have been a 1:1 interview with the manager or team leader.
