Call with HR Manager, who was lovely. Was told they would be in touch to arrange a second interview with a task, but never heard anything further despite getting back in contact.

"There are three rounds: 1. Initial HR screening 2. Interview with the line manager 3. A take-home assignment followed by a presentation The take-home assignment can take over 10 hours to complete. Unfortunately, after submitting and presenting your work, communication ceased—an experience echoed by others in their reviews. In hindsight, not receiving an offer may be a blessing. Leadership and product reviews are concerning, and a company that expects such a significant time investment without offering the courtesy of a simple response is likely not one you'd want to work for."
