I was contacted in LinkedIn and had a good screening interview. I was told I was going to be contacted about a 2nd interview. When I didn’t hear anything after a couple weeks, I followed up and was told they were going to get back to me. Unfortunately, they never did until I received a rejection email.
Thank you for sharing that you had a positive experience. We agree that we should have done a better job with following up with you. We have added this to our 'corrective action to take' and as an important item to address internally -- specifically: why doesn't follow-up occur with all the applicants instead of a subset of the applicants.

Es wurde ein Telefonat mit dem Recruiter geführt. Anschließend ein Telefonat mit dem Hiring Manager. Dann wurde ein Angebot unterbreitet. Insgesamt ein sehr flüssiger Prozess, bei welchem man immer auf dem Stand der Dinge gehalten wurde per Email.

Erfahrung, Kenntnisse. Es wurden Problemstellungen genannt und Lösungsansätze besprochen.
4 rounds of interviews. 1st round with Hiring manager, 2nd and 3rd peer interviews and last with director level. Moved along really fast and got very quick updates. The whole experience was seamless and smooth.
