Pearl Meyer & Partners interview questions

There are Multiple interviews with a presentation at the end. There are some personality and behavior assessments as well. Screenings are done by the recruiter. The whole process took a month.

First, you do a digital interview, then a Zoom interview where they "learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about Pearl Meyer", and then finally the last round of interviews is a super day of sorts where you do 3 interviews on Zoom back to back. The first interview was with only one person, and then the last two interviews were both with two people.
