Pearl Lemon interview questions

An online interview process which included having to film a short video of yourself explaining why you are a good fit for the job, past qualifications and a little bit more about yourself.

They asked me to fill a long long long form with redundant questions, after which, they asked to upload a complete 5 minute video asking the same questions again. Their hiring staff would randomly text you for 2 to 3 weeks to later on tell you the amount they give to their employers is usually literally 0 for certain months and maybe 30k to me (this is below minimum wage) whislt its an onsite job. These people getting their work done from PK in pennies exploiting talent. Most of the reviews on their site by employees are extracted from them through manipulation to fix the horrible image this company has. It had a million red flags including the owner itself. Usually oweners like these have a hundred other half baked projects just like one. Such a waste of your valueable time going through their branding more hiring less process which turns out to be a total sham.
