This is a long, multi-step process. First was a screening which took about 40 minutes. Second was with a technical person. My third interview was with the hiring manager, which was rushed and the interviewer was disinterested. I think she might be new in her role. I wondered if they were truly planning on hiring anyone at all.
It was not a bad experience but really not a good use of time. They should add that being a former band director or music teacher is what they're looking for.
