The interview on-site at Warsaw, IN. Interviewed with owner Randall first who ask basic questions about background, skills, experience and projects I work on. I was given assessment on SQL and question similar to fizz/buzz. Then different groups of devs came to ask questions. Many repeat same questions. Only 1-2 developers asked technical question and then I could leave. I got offer a few hours later but declined. Pay was low and benefits no good enough to accept low pay
