The interview was completed in the office by the manager and another office personnel. They ensured that I was relaxed and allowed me to speak freely. They were very interested in my background and ensured that I was informed about the job, its description, and requirements. After that, I completed a two day working interview. This allowed both myself and the company to see if it would be a good fit.
