The phone screening was extremely welcoming and friendly. Tucker was the interviewer, he was very friendly and he was more focused on building rapport and understanding my personality, and not so much my technical skills. He told me about the opportunities and culture the company has and it was extremely insightful and I look forward to my second round interview next week!
