One to one with manager in a relaxed environment. Questions were generic and easy to answer on the spot. Questions were such as what attracted you to the role, how you went the extra mile for a customer etc

Describe a time you went an extra mile for a customer
Very friendly! Started with a group interview to break the ice, and the we were each called in for a standard interview. The questions were all very standard interview questions, with consideration of a retail setting.
