Question 1
What is your experience level with Apple products.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PeachMac (Macon, GA) in May 2013
Interview
PeachMac seems to offer a very relaxed atmosphere. The team conducted their interview at a Barnes & Noble around the corner from their store. During the interview it appeared to me that this particular PeachMac (store had just opened in Macon and parent management was from Atlanta area) hired employees who were quite youthful and trendy rather than the classic suit & tie business type. While I had experience in many of the Apple programs that PeachMac offered I'm not sure they felt that my 'all business' personality type would fit it at their store.

Question 1
What Apple programs (referring to Apple Applications) was I interested in?
This was one of the funnest interviews I have ever been on. The guy who interviewed me made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. He made it very clear that this was not an uptight company and it was all about the products and our customers.

Question 1
How much I knew about each product. Although I have been an Apple user for years, I couldnt think of all the things I knew. I was nervous still.
