Easy, low key process. There are set questions at the beginning for both departments I interviewed with but one was more low key than the other. Depends on the department and the number of people in the interveiw.

There are some consistent questions asked across PeaceHealth such as your alignment with their mission and values, etc. Then when I met the team, there were no set questions. Very relaxed and spontaneous.
