The interview process was fair overall and focused mainly on STAR-based questions linked to the job description. The interviewers asked about previous surveying experience, handling inspections, communication skills, and managing workloads. The atmosphere was professional and the difficulty level was average.
I applied online, the hiring manager got un touch initially to booked the interview. Two stage process, both conducted on Teams. First with Sales Managers, second with Head of Sales.

There were members of staff relating to previous work experience, availability and one scenario question about the previous work experience you have had. It was quite quick around 30-45 minutes to get seated and begin to the end. Got offered a free coffee.
