It was a casual conversation about my previous work experience and how PCS runs as a company. It was not intense and I felt very comfortable. I felt like the person who interviewed me was very thorough with her explanation of the job title and the company.

Interview
Very positive and straight forward. There was a brief open ended exam before the interview that asked several questions related to troubleshooting Microsoft Windows. The exam should not be hard for anyone with an IT background.
