Despite thorough preparation and effort, Payrails left me feeling completely undervalued and ultimately, not worth the time or energy invested in their interview process. The interview questions were designed to benefit them rather than genuinely assessing my fit for the role. I regret not withdrawing my application before hearing back from them.
