I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Paymentwall (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview process is lengthy. You will initially be screened and then move on to a formal interview via Skype. If you are based in the San Francisco or Berlin, Germany area the 2nd interview will be in person. Most of the interview's will be in Skype. Once you have successfully passed all the interviews you will then be interviewed by the CEO. And if he doesn't like you, for whatever reason, you're out.

Interview
Interviewer called me on Skype the day before interview was scheduled. Despite having fifteen minutes notice, I still took the interview, quickly dressing for such. The interviewer repeatedly mentioned "how little time we have for this because we started late", despite the error being Paymentwall's and not mine.
Interviewer also had no idea what position I was applying for or my profile and experience. I was not surprised to be told that I was not advancing to the next stage of the process.
Our number one candidates for Business Development Manager roles are people whom we ask what position they applied for :) Because we go into this deep-self-meditation phase trying to figure out what they were thinking.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paymentwall (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Apr 2015
Interview
They have no idea about what they want.
Do not expect them to be consistent: one day you are everything they are looking for; the next day you just receive an automatic reply saying you were not shortlisted for the position, despite you spend hours in 3 interviews. Not respectful at all.
Plus, I applied to one role (Business Manager), that was a good match for my experiences, and they suggested another one. After 3 interviews, I realized that it made no sense, I was completely different from their expectations for the second role and I do not understand why they even propose that. They are not prepared to manage a hiring process or deal with people.
