Interview
I used recruiting agency to apply for this position and they first setup 30 minutes phone interview and after 2 weeks an on site interview which lasts only half an hour. The first interview went well and the second interview was done by a person who was not prepared or informed about the interview. He was constantly checking his phone for messages which totally diverts his attention from the interview and then he just shorten the interview because something important came up.
