We always enjoy meeting amazing candidates throughout the Recruitment process, but unfortunately we can only hire one person. The presentation during the second interview was a way for us to determine who moves into the due diligence stage by assessing specific skills that could not be evaluated in a typical interview structure. We appreciate the time it takes to prepare for these interviews and presentations.
