Spoke to recruiter, then to VP of sales , Then met both VP of sales and direct management. I then discussed compensation with the recruiter. We went in full detail of commission structure, health and benefits, and details of training. Be prepared to come up with why you're prepared to be in a true hunter role.

Initially I spoke to a recruiter- who was amazing- and we discussed background, experience and the paylocity story. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with a director and then took an assessment, followed by an in person interview with a director and after a very detailed background check, was ultimate offered the job. It took about a month from start to finish.
