I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paylocity in Jul 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who gave me more information than I had ever received in a 1st phone screen. He set an interview with the hiring manager followed by 3 more up the ladder. Great experience overall- recruiter was excellent at keeping me up to date along the way and everyone was very honest about expectations and the job itself.

Question 1
There wasn't anything crazy...no real grilling. It was more conversational around my experience, the interviewers experience at the company and how I would approach the position
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Paylocity
Interview
It was about 4 interviews in total, getting to speak with and meet different people from the company. I was able to learn a lot about what Paylocity is doing and why they were so successful. Saw a little bit of the software as well which made the decision that much easier.

Question 1
Do I want to be part of a company that is driving change
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity
Interview
Very casual candid conversation. I asked lots of questions about why the interviewer chose Paylocity and what they like about working there. I also asked about their management style and expectations, and what it takes to be successful. I asked what was different about them in comparison to the competition. I came from Paychex and was pretty successful there, so I knew going into it that this was more about them selling me on the opportunity than me selling them on me.
