Interview
It was fast, it was thorough, each step was communicated clearly and expectation setting was spot on. I met with all the key players that would impact my daily living if I were in the job and that allowed me to understand the dynamics in the workplace and make an informed decision.

Question 1
The questions weren't particularly off beat but the hiring manager would dig through each answer to really understand what my work history was and how I might fight in the role and the team. The hiring process was collaborative so I had interviews with multiple people who all seemed to be looking at different aspects of me/my work experience to get a well rounded understanding of me as a candidate. This also allowed me an opportunity to meet and start to understand the members of the team on which I would be working.

Interview
Interview process was great, very smooth communication, 3 interviews with multiple people, Recruiter was friendly and answered all of my questions that I had. Followed up when they said they would follow up with me.
I bailed out after the process after a video screen with senior leadership. Seemed like an overly serious person w/ very lightweight background despite their senior title. Did not have any etiquette (I will skip the details). Did not bother to learn my name or address me by it. No pleasantries - dived right in.

Phone call with initial internal recruiter. Recruiter shared the history of the company and its growth over the past few years. She asked me straightforward questions about my experience and let me know when she was following up with the hiring manager. It wasn't a perfect fit, unfortunately, and I knew that after the interview. I received a follow-up email when she said I would.
