A lor of hoops to jump through. Group interview consisted of nearly 30 people. Then I moved forward to the 1 on 1 interview, from there I had several phone interviews and another 1 on 1 after that. After a lot of phone calls and such I was offered the position. I would have taken the position as it paid surprisingly well and was a good opprtunity. I was offered another position with a previous employer for slightly more money with a position slightly more in tune with my skill set, so I accepted the other position.

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
