Skype: 1) HR kindof 2)Technical: Spring, Web Services, Java Basic
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paydiant (Newton, MA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Phone interview and in person interview. Everyone was nice during the interview process. I sent a thank you email to the recruiter and asked that it get passed on to the people I spoke with during my in person interviews. I emailed again at the end of the week to ask for a timeline for a response and I never heard from him or anyone from the company again.
If you bring someone in for an in person interview, theoretically the last stage before an offer or a refusal, have the decency to send a refusal. Even if it is the generic, "canned" response.
