The interview process consisted of several video interviews, including a 5-day take-home design assignment and an presentation of the assignment. Interviewers were pretty knowledgeable about the role and provided good feedback throughout. However, after receiving an offer I was ghosted and eventually told that my offer would be rescinded without any explanation, which I found extremely unprofessional, especially considering how much time and effort was required to go through the entire interview process.
