I went through 2 Paycom interviews. Both the interviews were mostly technical in nature. I was asked to code simple string problems in both of the interviews and simple OOP related questions, but in the end I was rejected on the last interview. My overall experience was great

Applied for position at my college job fair then after got a Hackerrank assignment that was multiple choice. Then you will be emailed to set up for next round which is a technical interview (Coding) following a behavior in the third round if you make it.
