I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sept 2017

Interview

Did an on-campus interview for a Dev position, during which I mentioned I am interested in Security and I had experience with Web-based vulnerabilities (buffer overflow, SQL injection, etc.) Ended up being invited for interviews for both Dev and AppSec positions at their campus in OKC.

Fizz-Buzz problem on school campus, mostly behavioral on the Paycom campus.

I just went through a HR round which did not move forward. It was overall an OK interview. Conducted on voice call which roughly went on to about 30 mins.
