They in-source their recruiters (not beneficial for them in my opinion) have 3-4 rounds of straight-to-the-point interviews. Did not get the position first time around (applied following year and got it then). They are looking for strategic thinkers who have a successful history, and the root of their questions are to determine whether or not you are tough and a hard worker.
