      EDI Coordinator Interview

      24 Jun 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Oklahoma City, OK
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Phone screen with a recruiter, then you move on to an in person interview with a TL. If the TL thinks you're a good fit, then you move on to a final interview with a manager in the department that you're interviewing with. The interviews are all pretty much the same. They go over your resume, talk about your work history and ask a few questions. The final interview is more related to the job and how you can apply your skills. Biggest advice is to relate to the person interviewing you and build a personal connection. Interviews can last anywhere from 30 mins to 45 mins.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Name a time when a conflict came up at work and how you handled it.
      Answer question

      Question 2

How do you deal with deadlines and meet them, name a time where you worked with deadlines.
