I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very good interviewing process. They called me, did a short interview and explained the next steps. Emailed me after, with additional info they needed, and then called me back after I completed the application. The interview was set up within a few days, and it went very smoothly. They gave me an answer quickly and also worked with my schedule for the interview. Great experience.

Question 1
How does your experience in customer service and sells would apply to this position?
Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.
Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to the team! We’re glad to see that the interview process was informative and thorough, a reflection of the standards we strive to uphold.
Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.

Question 1
How I handle dissapointment and what ressiliance means to me
They reached out to set up an interview. It was a phone interview that was later cancelled because they said I didn't reply. It was really strange. They never would reply to reschedule.
