I wanted to clearly explain my recruiting process at PayRetailers. To summarize it in one word: Incredible! The process consist of 3 stages: 1) Initial HR/TA Interview 2) Hiring Manager/Team Lead Interview 3) C-Level Interview 4) Final decision communication The process lasted around 2 weeks since the initial application until the final decision. In each step, each of the different stakeholders at PayRetailers were very detailed, gave information about the job position, made challenging questions and gave feedback! From the beginning, the process went really quick, smooth and at every time there was a doubt or question, María from the HR/Talent Acquisition Team was kindly available (and very quickly also to answer).
