I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PayRange (Portland, OR) in Dec 2024
Interview
Had an initial recruiter interview and then a second interview with the "sales leader" Who asked some really unusual questions and then asked me to send him my quota attainment for the past decade.... Ended up ghosting me and the recruiter as well. 0/10 run.

Interview
In my screening convo with their recruiter, they told me to expect questions about my "familial situation" in the upcoming interview with the COO because he likes getting to know people "on a personal level". Indeed, in the initial interview with the COO, he asked me to share a little bit about my family, a highly inappropriate question for a job interview.

Interview
I applied through the company website & an interview was set & confirmed for 2 days later.
5-10 minutes into our conversation, the hiring manager tried to subtly suggest I would make a better fit for a lesser position that paid half of what I was asking.
Quick turnaround for an interview but 2/10 for the interview itself and current hiring practices.
If you're going to interview here, confirm the agenda before taking time out of your day.
