Applied for this post via a recruitment consultant. I was interviewed in the London office. It took 3 different teams of 2 people over 5 hours. Quite unprofessional asking ridiculous questions that had nothing to do with the above role, None of them were technical and when I used buzz words that we use in the IT world, the last team consisting of the Account managers got very intimidated. I had done my own research on Glassdoor, which I found all the reviews very negative, however, I decided to look the other way and attend the interview.
They do not know anything technical and rely on other countries in Asia for their development tasks. The pay structure is very bad and the benefits even worst. If ever you are invited for an interview; run. Do not attend as there is nothing good about this company, just the reputation. The people interviewing do not know anything about this important skill and the people who are there in Management are afraid to loose their jobs so much that they are scared of outside talent. Just do not go, even if offered, just turn them down.
