I interviewed for an AWF position (contractor), for a primarily Java backend developer role. I was quizzed on Algorithms and DS (easy and medium difficulty), String manipulation questions, JDBC, Elasticsearch (based on my previous experience), Java Collections, and Spring. I was made to code using an online editor in the 1st and 2nd rounds. 3rd round was taken by Director - 2 tech questions only - one on Design Patterns and another on JDBC.
