Multiple phone screens, including with the hiring manager. In person interviews happened all in one day. Met with 8 people, 30-45 minutes each, and 1 hour with the hiring manager again.

Question 1
Case study type question on a certain business that was underperforming growth estimates, even though they had put more investment in it. They asked me to walk through the issue and how to identify what was going on. It was extremely open ended, but allowed me to ask a series of questions to get relevant information and come up with a conclusion.
