I interviewed at a conference, where they were looking for Software engineers and IT students and professionals. Before the conference, I was able to complete to an online interview with 2 IT managers and 1 HR rep, and then had another interview onsite at the conference.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PayPal in Mar 2009
Interview
Way too technical for the position. They seem to have egos that are bigger than average for individuals in the field and no focus on the job, but rather the corporate climate. Appears to be a lot of political movement.
